2018 Medium Dry Sparkling Cider

A rich and full flavoured palate that suggests much more than the sugar content. If this was a champagne or wine it would be classed as dry. Extra creamy apple flavours and subtle tannins deliver a red wine type punch. The finish is earthy with rich sweet fruit flavours lingering.
Aged on lees for at least 3 years this cider just keeps getting better.
Riddled and disgorged by hand.
Minimal preservatives.
(Note: Our ciders are naturally low in acids, meaning that preservatives don't last forever. We don't want to load up our cider with chemicals, so we recommend drinking in first 6 months after purchase. The cider will be fine after that time, but the sweetness will be gone.)
