A minimum of three years matured in the bottle, on lees has softened the tannins beautifully and enhanced the subtle earthy terroir.
The nose is soft apple fruit and hazelnut. On the palate smooth toffee apple flavours mix with roast chestnut and cream, complimented by the age softened tannins. The finish is slightly sweet with a hint of our characteristic terroir.
