Garlic, Chilli, & Vinegar, are combined with sugar and salt to produce a simple, very moreish sauce. Great with sour cream and wedges, panko chicken, or any Thai Entree or Dim Sim…. By popular demand we are now offering the sauce by mail order… but this isn’t cheap to make, and takes a fair bit of time, so to make it work for Thitikarn you will need to help us with the postage please.
